Healthful Wellness Hub is a busy women's hormone health clinic in Glenelg, and we're on the hunt for a new face for our front desk — someone who can bring exceptional customer service to every single client interaction, while also keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes.
At Healthful, we specialise in women’s health — from fertility through peri- to post-menopause — combining naturopathy, acupuncture, sauna therapy, and functional testing to deliver whole-body care. We’re expanding our team and are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our growing community.
Your skills:
- Exceptional customer service — this is non-negotiable. You genuinely love making people feel looked after.
- Minimum 2 years' customer service experience, ideally in a clinic or health setting.
- The ability to pick up new systems and software with ease.
- A sharp eye for detail and a knack for staying on top of multiple tasks at once.
- Pride in your space — you'll help keep the clinic clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
- Excited to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of acupuncturists, massage therapists, and other practitioners.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and ready to grow within a supportive, forward-thinking clinic.
The Role
Front of house
- Being the warm, friendly first point of contact for every client, in person and on the phone.
- Keeping the clinic clean, tidy, and welcoming for clients and practitioners.
Ordering & Stock
- Refilling and facing up retail shelving.
- Ordering all supplements — retail and practitioner-only.
- Managing client and website orders
- Receiving stock, managing rotation, and managing the system.
- Managing our herbal dispensary

- Tuesday 1pm - 6pm
- Wednesday 8:45am - 5:15pm
- Saturday

At Healthful, we specialise in women’s health — from fertility through peri- to post-menopause — combining naturopathy, acupuncture, massage, sauna therapy, and functional testing to deliver whole-body care. We’re expanding our team and are seeking an experienced practitioner to join our growing community.
The Role
We’re looking for a practitioner who is:
- Passionate about supporting women through fertility, peri-menopause, and post-menopause transitions.
- Confident in functional testing, including DUTCH hormone testing and comprehensive gut analysis.
- Driven to educate clients, contribute ideas, and take part in program and service development.
- Excited to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of acupuncturists, massage therapists, and other practitioners.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and ready to grow within a supportive, forward-thinking clinic.
Position Details
- Hours: 15–20 hours per week
- Availability:
- Saturday mornings (essential)
- 1 afternoon/evening shift
- Employment: Casual to start, with opportunity to transition to a permanent position for the right person.
