Hayley has a passion for nurturing self-care which began over 12 years ago. Her own personal experiences have shown Hayley the importance of taking time for yourself in the ever busy world we live in.
The mind, body, spirit connection is important to staying true to ourselves as we traverse this lifetime. Meditation is where it all began for Hayley, the art of finding stillness in a racing mind was quite profound. Reiki work allowed Hayley to recognise that 'life is happening for me' and not 'to me' which has enabled her to view life through a more gentle lens.
Through experiences of grief, loss, adrenal fatigue and Mothering, Hayley understands that people mostly need more softness, stillness and self connection in their life. Just a small amount of daily self-care and connection will allow us to come back into our bodies and out of our heads. It's Hayley's dream to inspire women to honour themselves in a way that brings peace, calm and healing.
