I had my first session in the infrared sauna this morning. The staff member was friendly and warm, venue was lovely, and I didn’t mind the location. You can park near Coles and walk 2-3 minutes. The sauna room itself was relaxing and comfortable. I will definitely be back.

I was feeling overwhelmed to start this MB program but Hannah outlined, supported and assisted me all the way. I have found MB to be highly effective and I have had great success with it. I still have a little way to go to achieve my goals and I am well prepared to continue on with it having been given all the tools I need to get there. It really has become a new way of life for me now and I feel fantastic!

I have been going to Healthful for a while now and every time it is such beautiful experience with everyone, especially Sharron. Hannah and the team at Healthful Wellness are absolutely amazing, they sincerely care about their clients and their well being, upon arrival you are greeted with warmth and always make you feel like you belong. If you are struggling with your health and wellbeing and can’t seem to get any answers then Healthful Wellness is the place for you, they have given me my life back from the inside out and I feel absolutely amazing because of this team. I was once told there is always an alternative, and this is the place where you will get the answers you have been looking for. Highly recommended.
