At Healthful, we are offering a four-week Pilates Introductory Series at our health hub on Thursday evenings from 6pm – 7pm, and Saturday mornings 8:30am - 9:30am starting May 4th.
Due to our last series being in such high demand, we have opened up a Saturday morning session. You will have the option to flow with us on both days over the 4 weeks, or just the Thursday evening session.
Thursday evening sessions will focus on stretch & flow, and Saturday morning will be a strength & conditioning class.
Britts' aim is to nourish her clients through movement and work with both the mind and body rather than targeting just the physique.
Taking a holistic approach, the class combines the art of Pilates repertoire alongside other aspects.
These classes will help you to:
- develop your core
- enhance your flexibility
- develop long & lean muscles
- mental relaxation through breath work and meditation
Classes range from a soft flow to strength and precision, catering for beginners to intermediate clients. Your mind, body and soul will feel re-energised and balanced after each class.
Think breath work, slow and controlled movements that’ll work up a sweat, along with post-class wind down and stretches that’ll leave you feeling calm, centred, and energised.
Session sizes are small with only 6 places offered for the series. This allows for a more intimate experience and the ability for Britt to check your alignment and posture to ensure you get the most out of each exercise!
